I've had a lot of trouble finding a gluten free bagel I like. Others out there are loaded with sugar and have that overly sweet bread taste, which is just too much. Gluten Freedom's sourdough bagels on the other hand have a subtle flavour that pairs perfect with both sweet and savoury toppings. I usually freeze the bag, and toast up when needed.
